30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in their original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect every order before shipment. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
Once reviewed, we'll gladly provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund when applicable.
Exchanges
Need a different size?
We're happy to help. Exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery, provided the item remains unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items showing signs of use, washing, or wear
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost during transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help find the best solution.
European Union Customers
Customers located within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
Items must be returned unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
